DISHA, the Placement and Career Development Cell of Bapuji B-Schools, is a student–faculty-driven initiative dedicated to empowering students through career planning, professional development, and industry engagement. The cell serves as a vital link between academia and industry, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to build successful careers.
Over the years, DISHA has played a significant role in enhancing students’ employability through comprehensive training programs, career counseling, personality development sessions, aptitude training, and placement guidance. These initiatives prepare students to meet the evolving expectations of recruiters and excel in competitive recruitment processes.
DISHA efficiently coordinates the entire campus recruitment process by facilitating pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, group discussions, technical assessments, and final interviews. The Placement Cell ensures seamless logistical support and provides dedicated assistance to recruiters throughout the selection process, making recruitment efficient and mutually rewarding.
